This policy covers affiliate commissions, manufacturer listings, and affiliate account status. ClickBridge does not process consumer purchases — all home sales occur directly between the buyer and the manufacturer.
Commissions are earned on completed sales of Personal Property Homes only. Eligible structures include manufactured, tiny, prefab, modular, dome, log, container, and park model homes.
Commissions are never applied to land, real property, or any transaction component other than the home structure itself. If a sale includes both a home structure and land, the commission is calculated solely on the structure portion.
A commission becomes "earned" once a lead is verified and a qualifying sale is confirmed by the manufacturer. Pending commissions are subject to reversal until the payout cycle closes.
If you believe a commission was incorrectly calculated, missing, or otherwise inaccurate, you may submit a dispute through ClickBridge support.
ClickBridge maintains click tracking data and lead verification records for all affiliate activity. We will review the relevant records and respond within 5 business days. Disputes must be submitted within 60 days of the commission date in question.
ClickBridge reserves the right to reverse or adjust a commission in the following circumstances:
Manufacturer cancellation: If a manufacturer cancels or voids a sale after a commission was recorded, the associated commission will be reversed or credited against future earnings.
Fraudulent lead: If a lead is determined to be fraudulent, invalid, self-referred, or generated through prohibited means, the associated commission will be voided. ClickBridge uses automated and manual fraud detection to identify abusive activity.
Affiliates will be notified of any reversal via email. Reversed amounts will be deducted from the next available payout cycle.
Manufacturers may cancel their ClickBridge listing at any time by contacting us through ClickBridge support.
Any affiliate commissions for verified leads generated prior to the cancellation date will still be honored and paid out on the standard payout schedule. Commissions for leads generated after the cancellation date are not eligible.
Manufacturer listing fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once a listing has been active.
Affiliates may deactivate their account at any time by contacting us through ClickBridge support.
Upon account deactivation, your tracking links will be disabled and no new commissions will accrue. Any earned but unpaid commissions at the time of cancellation will be paid out in the next standard payout cycle, provided all required tax documentation (W-9) is on file.
Unpaid commissions cannot be disbursed without a valid W-9 on file. Make sure your tax information is submitted before requesting account deactivation.
ClickBridge is an advertising and lead generation platform — not a retailer. We do not process consumer purchases, hold buyer funds, or facilitate payments between buyers and manufacturers.
All home sales occur directly between the buyer and the manufacturer. If you are a buyer with a question about a purchase, deposit, or refund, you must contact the manufacturer directly. ClickBridge has no authority to issue refunds or resolve purchase disputes on behalf of manufacturers.
